Read Your Goals Everyday; This Is Extremely Important

Bob Proctor And Any Other Self Development Book Will Stress The Importance Of It

Do you read your goals everyday? Are you the type of person who is continually working towards their goals? Have you taken followed the process that every self help book teaches. They stress the importance of writing down your goals and taking taking the time to read them at least twice a day. There is so much importance to this process that people have yet to realize how important it is. However if you are just reading your goals and not adding the emotions to how you will feel when you do actually reach them; chances are you will not achieve them.

The law of attraction responds to feelings and emotions. If you are focused on the feelings that your goal will bring you when it actually becomes a reality it is more likely to come more quickly.

As you ready your goals everyday it also helps if you visualize yourself already with them. For instance if one of your goals is to build a new lake front home; then while you spend five minutes out of every day to read your goals you should also visualize yourself already living in the home. If you continually do this everyday you will realize that opportunities will begin to open up for you and your job is to take action on them.

I spend at least 10 minutes every morning and I read my goals and visualize the outcome and the feelings that it will bring. If you fail to focus on the feelings then it will do you no good. During the day when I am experiencing a difficult time keeping focused on my goals. I look at my goal card which I carry with me everywhere I go. At first it may be a little difficult because we are not used to focusing on what we desire; instead we have spent half our lives worrying about what can go wrong, or how we can fail if we start something different. You are not doing anything different than what you normally do; instead you are taking your thoughts of worry and focusing them on something positive instead. You can read your goals as many times as you need to throughout the day.

One important thing to remember is you do not want to read your goals when you are depressed because you do not already possess your goal. If you read you goal and are focusing on lack; then you will continue to experience lack of that goal. Always remember this important fact about learning how to reach your goals. Feelings have everything to do when you are working towards your goals; whenever you are excited and happy then the law of attraction is bringing you what you desire. On the other hand if you are feeling depressed because you do not currently have what you desire, then you are focused on lack and the law of attraction is bringing more "lack" to you. So only read your goals when you are feeling great.
