Personal Image Development; Become A Great LeaderPersonal image development become a great leader by following these principles on a daily basis. Anyone can become a leader, no one is born a leader it is something you strive for and work towards everyday. How do you become a great leader that others wish to follow? There are several ways to become a great leader. The first is to be a good follower; every good leader started out as a good follower then eventually became a leader.
1. Always learning: a great leader is always learning more things and reading material and books to help them become a better. We get personal development coaches and mentors to help us learn things we have never known before. 2. A great leader knows how to inspire others and encourage them to follow through. 3. A leader is fearless; they move forward in life and desires regardless of fear. They do not let adversity and obstacles stop them. They persist because they know what they desire and truly believe that they will achieve it. 4. A great leader is willing to take the first step; they act regardless of circumstance. No more following the herd. They become unique; taking educated risks and reaping the rewards for those risks. 5. A leader knows how to motivate others. You can not motivate someone who is not willing to do something, however they work with others and keep them on the right track towards their goals. they help them with their self esteem so that they believe they can take on the world. 6. They know how to listen; if you become a great leader your listening skills become great. You show people that you care about them than just caring about yourselves. They are service providers and their motto becomes "How may I serve" that is the biggest gift you can offer others. 7. Most imporant thing about personal image development on becoming a great leader is writing down your goals. If you truly desire to become a great leader; then you have to know where you are going. Without goals you will never become a leader.
I have attended several in the last two years and they do make you a stronger individual; who believes you can do anything. Personal image development is not something that is taught in school if you truly see yourself as a leader and wish to pursue your desires; then I would highly suggest you begin evaluating a personal development coach and beginning receiving mentoring in the area you wish to become great in.
The key to successful leadership today is influence, not authority.
