Your personal development goal to become an entrepreneur is first and foremost to get a better understanding of what it takes to become an entrepreneur; and can you learn to develop the characteristics to become a successful one?

We all would love to quit working for someone else, after all who wouldn't want to work for themselves and not have to answer to anyone or take time off whenever they want without having to ask anyone.

When you set your goals to take the leap of working for yourself first understand that:

• Entrepreneurs have a positive attitude when it comes to building their business and business relationships.
• Entrepreneurs are very quick decision-makers in their business endeavors and ideas.

You can develop these qualities; it will take work on your part, however if you find something you are passionate about, it should not be too difficult.
