What Are Your Intentions?
How intentions become reality through new habits and developing a mindset that helps you achieve your success. It is not something we learned in school, not even our parents told us about it. (mine did not anyway.) However the more you become familiar with the law of attraction and you put it to practice you begin learning how intentions become reality.
It is a process that you will benefit you once you understand it. Most people do not utilize their brain power to their fullest potential, they refuse to believe that what they focus on they attract. sit back and take your life for instance; is there something that you attracted lately whether you truly desired it or not?
Most of us tend to place our thought power on the negative more than on the positive. We refuse to believe that; after all who wants to believe that they are wanting to attract the negative.
However most people tend to focus on not having enough money to pay their bills, or that their car is going to break down, etc., where do you find yourself placing your concentration at?
One way to answer this question is to take a look at your life, are you happy with what you have accomplished up to this present point?

In order to really learn and understand where we put our concentration at and how intentions become reality you must develop new habits. Yes this is going to mean no more just sitting in front of the television watching Seinfeld reruns.
Here is my list of 8 new habits I believe will help you on focusing your thoughts on how intentions become reality so that you are attracting what you desire as opposed to what you do not.
1,) Read, Read, Read. Do not be afraid to continue learning. Everyone who is successful continues their education through seminars, classes, or weekend workshops. Whatever works for you just do it.
2.) Quit watching so much tv. How many hours do you honestly spend in front of the television. If you cut that down by two hours a day, that means you will have more quality time with the family or you will develop a passion to pursue new hobbies.
3.) Be careful of the words you use. Words are very powerful, our subconscious is constantly listening to the words we use. If you talk negatively then guess what is on its way. Always talk in a positive manner.
4.) Spend at least 30 minutes a day focusing your thoughts on what it is you desire. The more we think about what we desire and begin acting as if we already have it, it will become a reality. This is how intentions become reality.
5.) Quiet your mind. There are thousands of thoughts that go through our mind on a daily basis. If you spend at least 30 minutes a day in quiet meditation; you give your subconscious the time to bring all the positive closer to you.
6.) Write down your goals. If you do not know where you are going, how can you expect to get there?
7.) Begin journaling. This will help you work out any challenges you may encounter. Believe it or not we are our worst enemy if we do not succeed it is because we somehow had limiting beliefs that held us back. Journaling will help you sort out any limiting beliefs you may have.
8.) Mastermind with other successful people who are on the same path as you. If you continually hang out with the same people who are where you presently are and do not aspire for anything else in their lives, then you will not either.
I am sure there are more steps that you can use to how intentions become reality; feel free to share some that I may have missed. As you continue putting these into progress they will become your new routine and new habits.
Begin one step at a time so you do not feel overwhelmed if you do attempt to do these all at one time, you will get frustrated and evetually quit.
